Physical activity for kids is essential. While it’s still reasonable weather here in Texas & other areas don’t forget to utilize your outdoor spaces to allow your children to blow off steam and get fresh air. Try these fun activities or toys to add to the fun.


Another great way to start the day or slow the day down is yoga. This is good for both child & parent. It will help with breathing, calming, centering and focusing the mind & body. You can help show your minis a healthy way of dealing with the chaos of the world. One amazing, fun resource for kids is Cosmic Kids Yoga on YouTube. It may take a few times to get your kid to stay focused but try a 1/2 session. Maybe start the day with 1/2 and finish w/ 2nd 1/2.
